No. We use Screaming Frog and our own custom scripts to gather the raw data — but the analysis is undertaking by hand. Tom and John are personally responsible for unpicking every issue, understanding the context of your site, and writing the tickets. A crawler is a data collection tool, not an analyst. We're the analysts.
Absolutely not. Every audit is done manually — no AI, no off-the-shelf diagnostic tooling, no templated ticket generation. We diagnose issues ourselves and write every recommendation from scratch. Put bluntly: we enjoy doing the work, and we frankly do not trust tools to get it right. Neither should you.
